Mobile Services Available by Appointment:

We will assist family members to draft documents to be notarized by persons in local hospitals, health care facilities, jails, prisons. We will travel to facilities to complete notarization and return documents to family members.

We continue to add new services as we see a need for them in the community.

We strive to provide personalized service to those in need. We have been fortunate to create a network of professionals that provide a wide variety of services that are often needed in conjunction with our services.

We will provide referrals for those additional services that may be required by our clients to ensure they are provided the information necessary to make the important decisions so they may become the person they strive to be.

Attorney Services: • Process Service • Local publication • Determining agent for service • Filing documents/obtaining copies of filed documents • Deposition summaries • Medical record summaries • Arranging location for depositions including court reporter if necessary • Interviewing witnesses • Travel to local jails, correctional facilities, health care facilities to have client, witnesses or parties provide sworn statements, powers of attorney, releases of information, etc.
