Our Team

Susan Stuart, the owner of SPS Document & Notary Services, started in 1997 as
Susan Stuart Paralegal. In 1999 she became a registered Legal Document
Assistant due to changes in the Business & Professional Code and changed the
company name to SPS Document and Notary Services.
Prior to commencing her business, Susan worked in a wide variety of social
work positions with children, seniors and nursing home residents, volunteers and
clinical social workers. She returned to school and obtained her
Certificate of Achievement in Paralegal Studies at Fresno City College and
commenced work for a number of local attorneys.
Susan was conferred a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Management from the
University of Phoenix in 2003 and to continue her professional development she
became a member of the Central Valley Business Incubator.
Susan created SPS Document & Notary Services to provide a wide variety of
services to individuals and attorneys which in turn has allowed her to create a
network of associates to provide an ever-growing array of services to the
community.
- We can answer questions about filing specific legal documents.
- We can walk you through preparing a pre-printed forms and how they are
signed, witnessed, notarized and or recorded.
- We can create Wills, Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Deeds and
explain the process to make them effective.
- A family member can provide us with a document that we can take to a
loved one in a health care facility, correctional facility, for signature,
notarization and return the completed document to you.
- We can provide documents for a loved one to complete, witness their
signature, notarize their signature and return the document to you.
As a Legal Document Assistant, we can not provide legal advice.
We are able to provide self help services under your direction.
